Our Lifetime Warranty protects your Sylvian Grant jewelry from manufacturing defects starting the moment it arrives. If you experience any of the issues below, we’ll repair or replace the item at no charge:
Breakage, malfunctioning mechanisms, or defective clasps
Chains that snap
Tarnishing or discoloration beyond normal wear
Deep scratches that go past typical surface wear
Stones coming loose or falling out
At Sylvian Grant, we stand behind the lasting quality of our pieces. If a replacement item were ever to arrive with a defect, though this has never happened, it would also be fully protected by this same guarantee.
Our warranty excludes:
Items from Sylvian Grant that are not jewelry
Repeated claims using the same photos submitted before
Items that are lost or stolen
Intentional damage or damage caused by another party
Excessive wear and tear
Examples of Excessive Wear and Tear:
Jewelry showing severe or repeated misuse, with damage beyond what would be considered a manufacturing issue.
To start your claim, email a clear photo of the item, your order number, and a short description of the issue to info@sylviangrant.com. Please note that claims cannot be processed without photo evidence.
To protect the integrity of our Lifetime Warranty, Sylvian Grant reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet our warranty criteria. This includes issues outside manufacturing defects or claims flagged as potentially false or fraudulent.
